I received a hair cut from Olivia.. The service and skill Olivia showed was exceptional. I was impressed by her professionalism and kindness. I will return again.

Today, Oct. 30th at 6:25, I took my two sons to the Tinley Park shop for their first MVP haircut at SportClips. Each one of my sons had a different stylist. Although my older one (16 years old) at the end of his haircut didn't look different than before having his haircut, he liked it. For my younger son (9 years old), his stylist (Olivia) made a hole in his hair as if he parts his hair from the middle but with a hole which was made with a sharp tool either scissors or haircut machine. Then she told me when I reached closer to my son to see how he is doing, that hole was there, but it didn't show until I shortened his hair, I swear that I didn't do it to him and she was blushing. Not only that she missed my son's hair, but also she started brainwashing my son and putting words on his mouth telling him did you try to give yourself a haircut, are you pulling your hair, or your older brother gave you a haircut while you are asleep. Knowing that my son didn't have this problem before going to their shop. And at the end, she had guts to ask me for tips (How would you like to leave tips cash or card?) I have taken a picture of my son's hair after coming back from the shop, but there is no place to upload it in. There is no way that I'll take my sons there again.
